Weather: Drizzly and cloudy start, eventually brightened up but a strong breeze throughout

A half day family tour for Theo today. We found the local pair of adult WTE sheltering in the spruce out of the wind and further down a great view of an Otter wandering around on a near to the shore island before heading along the shoreline and inland.

Heading onto the next stop a shout from the 6 yr old in the back of a dot above the ridge, a high flying Golden Eagle! It didn't hang around for us all to get a view sadly.

Next stop we spotted a young male Otter rolling around the shoreline before another Otter appeared on an offshore island eating a sizeable fish, the young male headed over to the other Otter, however it wasn't a friendly interaction and they had a big territorial scrap! throwing each other around, biting and clawing, we could hear them chattering and screaming from a good distance away!

Further down the loch we spotted a smart drake Goosander before coming across a large flock of gulls and Theo picked up a Juvenile Glaucous Gull in the flock, gulls are a favourite of his... This scarce storm blown mainly winter visitor to Mull probably came on the back of storm Amy.

On the way home we spotted a few Red Deer to finish the day.
