Ewan and Klay were providing Mull Nature Explorer tours today and managed to connect with otters on the first stop of the day! A large male resting on an isolated skerry and just as we were leaving two wt eagles flying over the loch providing stunning views!

Klay covered the south parts of the island and managed to see hen harriers flying over the heath and also a golden eagle at an active site. Ewan covered northern areas and managed to see a juv g eagle overhead while we were having lunch! Clean snowy patches on its underwings showing well. Red deer and harbour seals were also seen, but we did not manage to see a h harrier on the day.
Klay is out on a walking tour tomorrow as the sunshine continues, but rain is forecast at the weekend! V much needed on the landscapes now.
