Another week of amazing sunny skies and light winds!

Starting the week on Monday with 2 Otter families - mum with her large dog otter cub and another mum with 2 smaller cubs.

A herd of Whooper Swans and a large flock of Barnacle Geese and a small raft of Slavonian Grebes also featured, along with lots of eagle action!

Thursdays walking tour took us to Loch Ba seeing White-tailed and Golden Eagles and woodland busy with birdsong. Then mum and cub Otters on the coast in the afternoon and a pair of Golden Eagles clashing with an unwary imm White-tailed Eagle on the distant hills!

Friday was definitely a "Golden" day. We started with Hen Harriers quartering the moorland and then 10 sightings Golden Eagles throughout the day, including several fairly low flyby's from Immature birds and a great perched up views and display at a nest site. We were finishing the day with a flyby Swallow, my 1st of the year, and an Otter snoozing on the shoreline...
