Rain hammering down at first light and a tricky forecast so we provided a shorter 4 hour tour today. The guests were from Newcastle and Vancouver as we headed out to explore this magical island!

We got onto two WT Eagles at our first stop, showing strong pair bonding with some close interactions.

We then focussed on the coast and saw GN Divers, Slavonian Grebes and RB Mergansers.

Further north we had a stunning male Hen Harrier before a superb overhead WT Eagles view!

Harbour Seals hauled out in good numbers but no sign of Otters as they presumably are on an ‘amphibian adventure’ taking advantage of the congregating frogs available as prey inland at the moment.
